繼發性青光眼

港台：青光眼有繼發性和原發性之分？

青光眼不只是原發性眼疾，它亦可以是由於其他疾病而引發，像是晚期白內障、糖尿病血管增生、葡萄膜炎、外傷、眼球內出血、腫瘤、手術後併發症。如病人有甲狀腺眼病，眼眶內肌肉及脂肪增生，向外壓迫可能引致眼球半脫位，局限性向內壓迫眼球周圍血管，有機會使眼壓升高導致繼發性青光眼。

中大眼科陳培文醫生接受港台《精靈一點》訪問，講解眾多病因與青光眼的關連，並分享治療選項。
