Advances in Ophthalmology Series

The ″Advances in Ophthalmology″ (AinO) series was started by Prof Clement CY THAM and Prof Calvin CP PANG in May 2021 at the online Thursday CUHK Grandround to encourage and enhance clinical ophthalmology in Hong Kong and regions beyond. Presentations are given by prominent international speakers or local experts. The topics are on clinical trials, advances in disease detection, novel treatment modes, and new technologies. The audience comprises of ophthalmologists, visual scientists, and research students in Hong Kong, as well as clinicians and scientists that have collaborated with us on research, teaching and clinical services in the mainland China and overseas. It is held about twice a month.
