We are excited to celebrate the graduation of seven outstanding postgraduate students, including four PhD graduates: Dr LAI Ka Hei, Dr LING Xiangtian, Dr NGUYEN Xuan Truong, Dr WANG Yuyao, and three MPhil graduates: Mr HU Xiaoyan, Ms LIANG Yujing and Ms Erica SHING, in the academic year of 2023/24.

These graduates shared the joy of graduation with DOVS and took photos with faculty members and supervisors including Prof Clement CY THAM, Department Chairman, Prof Calvin CP PANG, S. H. HO Research Professor of Visual Sciences, Prof Guy LJ CHEN, Head of Graduate Division, Prof Jason CS YAM, Professor, Dr Carol YL CHEUNG, Associate Professor, and Dr CHU Wai Kit, Associate Head of Graduate Division. This event marked a significant milestone in their academic journeys and provided an opportunity to celebrate their hard work and achievements.

Among those, Dr WANG Yuyao, Dr LING Xiangtian, and Dr NGUYEN Xuan Truong have begun their careers as postdoctoral fellows in DOVS. While Mr HU Xiaoyan has embarked on his PhD journey in DOVS after completing our MPhil programme. Their commitment to advancing research within our department is commendable.
