糖尿眼初期沒有明顯症狀，但隨著病情的惡化，可能會出現視力模糊、視野變窄、黑暗區域、閃光和浮動物等症狀。如果不及時治療，糖尿眼可能會導致視力喪失。香港中文大學醫學院眼科及視覺科學學系助理教授司徒家浩醫生講解糖尿上眼的病徵、治療及預防方法。
