Honorary Professors and Staff Recognized for Contributions at the 39th APAO Congress

Our dedicated honorary professors and staff have received recognition at the 39th Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) Congress (APAO 2024 Congress) for their continuous contributions and commitment to advancing the field of ophthalmology.

Among the distinguished recipients, Prof Carmen KM CHAN, Clinical Professor (Honorary), and Dr Kelvin HN WAN, Clinical Assistant Professor (Honorary), have been presented with the Achievement Award, recognizing their outstanding achievements and valuable contributions to the field.

Additionally, Dr Emmy YM LI, Clinical Assistant Professor (Honorary), has been honoured with the Distinguished Service Award, acknowledging her remarkable dedication and service.

Furthermore, Dr Kenneth KH LAI, Clinical Tutor (Honorary), has been awarded the Best Scientific Paper Award, highlighting the excellence and significance of his research entitled “Cornea, Dry Eyes, External Eye Diseases and Eye Banking”.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the professors and staff who have received these esteemed awards.
