- The Programme provides free and comprehensive eye examination services for children aged 4 to 12
- Questionnaires are used to understand the living and reading habits and outdoor activities of the children and their parents
- The database is helpful for epidemiology, myopia, and etiology and genetics of other eye diseases, etc.
- Around 40 scientific papers have been published in top international ophthalmology journals (JAMA, Lancet Global Health, JAMA Network Open) to benefit millions of myopic children worldwide
