Dr Carol YL Cheung Receives ARVO Silver Fellow

We are delighted to announce that Dr Carol YL CHEUNG, Associate Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (DOVS), has received the honour of Silver Fellow, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) during the ARVO Annual Meeting 2024 in Seattle, Washington, USA. This honour recognises her unwavering commitment to advancing visual sciences, inspiring colleagues and researchers globally.

Founded in 1928, ARVO is the largest eye and vision research organization in the world, with approximately 10,000 members comprising eye and vision researchers from over 75 countries. It aims to advance research worldwide into understanding the visual system and preventing, treating and curing its disorders.
